Undergraduates involved in research projects and/or supporting graduate research within the Chemistry Department may obtain access to the NMR equipment. This access is restricted by the following policies:
Undergraduates completing Chem. 636 (2 credits) obtain the same access privileges as similarly trained graduate students.
Training for the automated instrumets is available by signing up for NMR training.Please follow the instructions on the canvas site. After passing the quiz, the in-person portion of the training is available every Friday at 11am; sign up for it on the google sheet.
All training is provided by NMR staff. Assistance and learning by groupmates is helpful, but may not replace approved training.
